💚 An Emerald and Diamond cluster ring

A fine cluster ring set with an oval-cut emerald measuring 9 x 6.3mm, estimated at approximately 1.75 carats. The emerald displays a rich, deep grass-green colour with good clarity, showing the natural inclusions commonly associated with emeralds. These inclusions may indicate that the stone has not been heat treated to improve its appearance. The stone is claw set.

The centre stone is surrounded by ten brilliant-cut white diamonds, each measuring 3mm, with an estimated colour range of F–H and clarity of SI. Each shoulder is additionally set with a 1.35mm diamond. The total diamond weight is estimated at just over 1 carat.

The head measures 14 x 12mm with a depth of 4.7mm. Total weight is 5.2 grams. The shank is stamped PLAT and tests as platinum.

This is a modern ring, manufactured overseas, and does not currently carry a British hallmark. We can arrange hallmarking on request; please allow approximately 3 weeks.
