We send by Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge. Please allow 2 working days for delivery. Most items are delivered next day after leaving us by RM. If you require quicker we will endeavour to assist please call us on 01373  462089 or email to discuss as we have other delivery solutions that may suit.  Any returns we can discuss with you. (We will use DHL  as an alternative, we do NOT use Evri)

International Orders

Delivered At Place (DAP), also known as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), means that the seller is responsible only for shipping the product and the customer is responsible for paying any import fees, including VAT, duties, and clearing fees. Delay in paying these fees may cause shipment delays or even returned shipments.


We are unable to accept international returns unless an item is faulty.


  • Our shipping fee for DHL Worldwide starts from £45 depending on location.
  • All of our items come with insurance
  • Once payment is cleared, goods will be shipped and tracked within 48 hours. If there are any delays we will inform you.
  • We ship most days of the working week.


Please note that if you pay using PayPal, we will only ship to the address listed in your PayPal account. We do not ship to Indonesia or use any Escrow Service as part of our policy.

By default, orders are shipped to the billing address. If you need the order shipped to a different address, we will require proof of the billing address through ID, utility bill, or driving license, as well as validation of the connection with the shipping address.
