Bought an Opal ring as a gift, lovely, but then saw another I preferred, still from Vintage Tom. Received both rings the day after purchase. I received a pre-paid envelope to send item back, which makes returns simple. I was refunded for the first ring the day after I had returned it. I preferred the first box, so they sent me that one too. Absolutely first class experience, can’t think of any other place I’ve shopped that comes close. Vintage Tom/Charles Hart Jewellers will be first on my list for any new purchase. If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent.

I purchased an eternity ring for my wife via the Vintage Tom website. The whole experience has been great, not just the product but especially the team, particularly Alex Hart, who couldn't have been more helpful.

I ordered the ring on a Sunday evening and I got a tracking email saying it had been sent by 10.30am the next morning. The ring arrived quickly in a lovely box and was exactly as shown and described, it also came with a valuation certificate. This is the second time we have used Vintage Tom and both times we have been really impressed. They offer free resizing, free delivery and free returns and although we didn’t need to contact them this time around, when we did last time Alex was so helpful. I would absolutely recommend them.

After browsing I chose a ring online and contacted the shop to check it could be resized. Alex communicated immediately and from ordering to reviving took less than a week with excellent communication at all stages. The ring is beautiful of high quality and exactly as described. It actually looks better than the photos. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend these jewellers. I was particularly looking for good condition pre-owned vintage rings and this was the perfect shop to find that exquisite ring. Five star quality and service.
