I received a pre-paid envelope to send item back, which makes returns simple. I was refunded for the first ring the day after I had returned it. I ordered the ring on a Sunday evening and I got a tracking email saying it had been sent by 10.30am the next morning. The ring arrived quickly in a lovely box and was exactly as shown and described, it also came with a valuation certificate.
