The sapphire measures 5.6mm in diameter (approx. 0.80 carats) and is securely held in four corner claws. The head measures 6 x 6.5mm with a depth of 4.8mm, giving the ring a refined yet substantial presence.

Each shoulder is delicately detailed with three leaf-shaped motifs, each leaf set with a 1.4mm diamond, creating a graceful, nature-inspired design. The total diamond weight is estimated at approximately 0.20 carats, adding subtle sparkle that complements the sapphire without overpowering it.
