An 18 carat white gold necklace set with miniature precious gemstones.

Set with three sapphires 2.4mm each, and two brilliant cut white diamonds, 2.4mm each, all set into 'donut' settings.

Length 19", with a spacer chain to reduce the length if desired. A small heart is placed to one end, this with assay marks for the UK. Weight 1.7grams.
