A pair of Jadeite drop earrings

A lovely pair of Art Deco style drop earrings. Each a 'torpedo' shaped jadeite stone, length 40mm with white gold openwork decoration.

The white gold (untested) cone and a looped bar extends the earring by a further 20mm (total 60mm drop). A 3mm seed pearl in a white gold circle supports the drop, to a post with a scroll (stamped 9ct) Weight each 3.4grams.

No hallmarks required for this period. A beautiful and unusual period item that would be near impossible to replace.
