Customer reviews
Dear Alex, We met up with our friends today and I now have my ring! I am truly delighted with it and it fits perfectly!Thank you also for all the other information contained in the envelope, including the Valuation Certificate.I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any of my friends - it has been a joy dealing with you from beginning to end and I hope we may have the opportunity to renew our business dealings at some point in the future. With very kind regards to you and anyone in your employment involved in this transaction.

Great service from a wonderful small business. My partner bought my vintage engagement ring from Charles Hart this year and I have recently found the perfect Christmas gift there for him too! Delivery was prompt and the item is in immaculate condition (and absolutely stunning!) It’s so much more pleasurable to shop with an independent business than the big chains and you get so much more for your money. Thank you again!

Hi Vintage Tom, I recently ordered a blue zircon 9ct Victorian pendant from you and I am absolutely delighted with the quality, presentation and speediness of arrival. You will have made a very special birthday for my partner and I appreciate the service and item greatly. Thank you so much, I will be ordering again from you in the future. Many thanks and best wishes, Aidan (Antiques Appraiser) PS. Please feel free to post this message as a review

Good range of fine vintage jewelry. Excellent service. We purchased a ring on trial, it wasn't quite right, but the entire purchase and return/refund process was quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality item and I was surprised to find that it was lovelier than picture.  Delivery was also very fast.  Would definitely recommend the jewellers and would buy jewellery again from them.  Thank you.

Bought an Opal ring as a gift, lovely, but then saw another I preferred, still from Vintage Tom. Received both rings the day after purchase. I received a pre-paid envelope to send item back, which makes returns simple. I was refunded for the first ring the day after I had returned it. I preferred the first box, so they sent me that one too. Absolutely first class experience, can’t think of any other place I’ve shopped that comes close. Vintage Tom/Charles Hart Jewellers will be first on my list for any new purchase. If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent.

I purchased an eternity ring for my wife via the Vintage Tom website. The whole experience has been great, not just the product but especially the team, particularly Alex Hart, who couldn't have been more helpful.

I ordered the ring on a Sunday evening and I got a tracking email saying it had been sent by 10.30am the next morning. The ring arrived quickly in a lovely box and was exactly as shown and described, it also came with a valuation certificate. This is the second time we have used Vintage Tom and both times we have been really impressed. They offer free resizing, free delivery and free returns and although we didn’t need to contact them this time around, when we did last time Alex was so helpful. I would absolutely recommend them.
