A truly spectacular vintage statement ring, centred with an impressive rectangular-cut aquamarine of exceptional proportions. Measuring approximately 18 x 13mm with a depth of 11mm, the aquamarine is estimated to weigh around 18 carats and displays beautiful sky-blue hues with wonderful clarity and brilliance.

The striking centre stone is perfectly complemented by elegant stepped shoulders, each pavé set with brilliant-cut white diamonds. The twenty-two diamonds, each measuring approximately 2mm, have an estimated combined weight of 0.60 carats, adding a refined sparkle without detracting from the magnificent aquamarine.

The ring head measures 18 x 13mm, with the diamond-set shoulders each measuring 9 x 7mm, creating a bold yet beautifully balanced design. Weighing a substantial 8.9 grams, the ring has an excellent quality feel and is crafted in 18 carat white gold (tests as such). It is believed to date from the 1950s–1960s and, as expected for the period, carries no hallmarks, none being legally required.
