A fine Art Deco Diamond cluster ring
An exquisite Art Deco diamond cluster ring, beautifully handcrafted and rich in period charm.
At its centre sits a striking rectangular cut diamond measuring approximately 5 x 4.8mm, estimated at 0.50 carats, assessed as colour I–J and clarity VS–SI1. The principal stone is securely millegrain set, a signature detail of fine Art Deco craftsmanship.
Encircling the centre diamond is a sparkling halo of twelve old brilliant cut diamonds, each measuring approximately 2mm, creating exceptional light and brilliance. The total diamond weight is estimated at approximately 0.86 carats.
The ring head measures approximately 10 x 9.7mm with a depth of 4mm, and the piece weighs 2.6 grams.
Crafted with a platinum setting to the head, the band and under-gallery test as 18ct yellow gold, a desirable combination typical of the period. As expected for antique pieces of this era, the ring is unhallmarked.
