A Victorian sapphire and diamond ring *RESERVED*

*RESERVED* A late Victorian boat shaped ring containing three oval cornflower blue sapphires, centre 3.8x2.8mm, at each end a 3x2.5mm sapphire. To each side two  vertically set old brilliant cut white diamonds, each 0.05 carats, colour J-k, clarity P1.

The head measures 16x7mm, depth 3.5mm, weight 3.9grams. There are no hallmarks, probably rubbed at some time bearing in mind well over 125 years old. However the ring tests as 18 carat gold.
