A square cluster Sapphire and Diamond Ring

A vintage cluster ring, square cluster setting, the centre stone an inky dark black blue sapphire that measures 5.7mm with a claw to each corner.

The head tests as platinum, measures 9x9mm, depth 4.5mm. Yellow gold under setting and band (stamped 18CT) . Period 1950s/1960s, no hallmark required for this period by law. Ring weight 2.5grams.

Platinum lipped shoulders. Good condition for the age and a nice vintage feel to the design of that period.
