A fabulous Emerald and Diamond Cluster Ring

A beautiful cluster ring set with a bright green emerald centre stone 7.7x6.7x5mm (est 1.64 carats) with exceptional clarity* and just a few minor inclusions as seen under a jewellers eye glass and not noticeable to the naked eye.

Complimented by a border of white diamonds calculated to a total weight of 0.10 carats. Head measures 11.5x10.3mm, depth 6mm, cushion shaped, weight 3.3grams. 

The band is stamped 750 and tests as 18 carat white gold. Overseas manufacture so no UK hallmarks. This ring seems to have never been worn as is in near perfect condition.

* Regardless of origin, perhaps 99% of all cut emeralds are sold with some sort of enhancement for clarity. Since emeralds freshly dug out of the ground from any mine in the world are never found with naturally occurring oils or resins in them. You can read more on the gemsociety.org website.
