💚 A fine Emerald and Diamond cluster ring

A stunning vintage cluster ring, set with an oval-cut emerald measuring 8 x 6mm, approximately 1.10 carats. The emerald displays a rich, deep grass-green colour with natural inclusions

Surrounding the centre stone are ten 2mm brilliant-cut white diamonds and two baguette-cut diamonds measuring 3.5 x 2mm. The diamonds are assessed as approximately colour I–J and clarity SI. Total 0.50 carats

The head of the ring tests as platinum and measures 13 x 11mm with a depth of 4mm. The band is stamped 18CT PLATand tests as 18 carat gold.

Assumed  1950s, this ring has no hallmarks, as none were required for the period. Total weight is 3.8 grams.
