A vintage Sapphire and Diamond ring

A vintage ring that features to the centre an oval cut sapphire 6x4.5mm (est .79 carats) and set within a rectangular yellow gold box.

To each side set in platinum three small old cut white diamonds, each 2mm (total estimated at 0.18 carats) Colour i-k, clarity Si. Head measures 16x6mm (including shoulders) Ring weight  3.1grams.

Band stamped 18CT PLAT, no hallmarks as early 20th century vintage
