A striking vintage sapphire and diamond cluster ring dating from the 1930s–1940s, beautifully crafted in platinum and 18 carat gold. At the centre sits a richly coloured oval-cut sapphire of deep inky blue-black hue, measuring approximately 7 x 5mm and estimated at 0.75 carats.

The sapphire is encircled by a glittering halo of eight old brilliant-cut diamonds, each measuring approximately 3mm and estimated at 0.10 carats, giving a total diamond weight of approximately 0.80 carats. The diamonds display a pleasing white colour, assessed as I–J, with clarity ranging from VS to SI1.

The elegant cluster head is fashioned in platinum, measuring approximately 15 x 13mm with a depth of 5mm, while the under-gallery and band are crafted in rich 18 carat yellow gold, stamped “18CT PLAT”. The ring weighs approximately 3.2 grams.

A beautifully proportioned Art Deco-era piece with timeless vintage charm, offered in finger size N½, with complimentary resizing available if required.
