A fabulous Diamond panel cluster ring

This striking ring features a beautifully balanced arrangement of diamonds set into a large, slightly curved plaque designed to sit comfortably around the finger.

At the centre is a principal old-cut diamond measuring approximately 6.3mm (0.70 carats), with an estimated colour H–J and clarity VS. Surrounding the centre stone is an impressive mix of diamond cuts, including carré cuts (step-cut square diamonds with long, elegant facets), baguette cuts, and round brilliant diamonds.

The surrounding diamonds are estimated to total approximately 1.50 carats, which together with the centre stone gives an estimated total diamond weight of 2.20 carats.

The ring head measures 23 x 18mm, with a depth of 5mm, and the ring weighs a substantial 9.7 grams. The shank is stamped 750 and tests as 18 carat white gold. Signed Diafini, and believed to be of Italian origin.
