An early 20th century Diamond ring

A charming vintage triple cluster diamond ring, dating from the early 20th century. The elegant central cluster is set with a 4mm (approx. 0.25ct) brilliant-cut diamond, flanked by two outer clusters each featuring 3mm (approx. 0.10ct)brilliant-cut diamonds. Surrounding the clusters a millegrain border, set with a total of twenty-five smaller diamonds, bringing the estimated total diamond weight to  0.70 carats.

The diamonds are assessed as colour H–J and clarity SI, showing lively brilliance typical of the period.

The ring head measures 17 x 8 mm, and the total weight is 3.6 grams. The setting tests as platinum, while the band is stamped 18CT and tests as 18 carat yellow gold—a classic two-tone combination characteristic of Edwardian and early Art Deco jewellery.
