18ct Gold Vintage Half-Hoop Diamond Eternity Ring (1970s)

A  1970s vintage half-hoop eternity ring, tested as 18 carat gold and elegantly set with nine brilliant-cut white diamonds. Each diamond measures approximately 3mm, giving a combined estimated weight of 0.90 carats. The stones are estimated a grade of  H–J colour with SI clarity and are illusion-set in white gold to enhance brilliance and presence on the finger.

The diamond row spans 21mm across the finger with a band width of 3.3mm. The ring has a pleasing weight of 3.3 grams. Hallmarks are not visible, which is not uncommon for pieces of this era, and not a legal requirement.
