A traditional 1980s Sapphire and Diamond Ring

As rings go- they do not get more traditional than the ever popular Sapphire and Diamond Cluster ring. Added to that, sapphire is the birthstone for September!

This lovely example from 1989 has an inky blue Australian sapphire to the centre 5mm diameter (0.50 carats) claw set and complimented by an order border of twelve small white diamonds, all set into a white gold head, diameter 9.5mm, depth 5mm, weight 2.9grams.

The band is 18 carat yellow gold with a full set of UK hallmarks, Birmingham 1989. In very good condition, and a size N at present, but we can easily adjust, and for the buyer, no extra charge!
