A five stone emerald and diamond ring

A five stone ring containing three emeralds and two diamonds. A modern ring but based on an original Victorian design being boat shaped with a carved head.

The centre emerald is 6x5mm (c0.70 carats) and at each end 4x3mm (0.20 carats) of good mid to dark green colour with good clarity. The diamonds aren 3mm each (0.10 carats) brilliant cut H-i colour, Si clarity.

The head is 20x7mm, depth 4mm, weight 7.5grams. 18 carat gold with a Birmingham hallmark. Shank by Domino a leading ring mount specialist based in Birmingham. No date letter, but estimated 1980-1990. In excellent condition with very little sign of wear.
