An Edwardian emerald and diamond ring
A demi-boat shaped ring from the Edwardian period containing three clean grass green emeralds, 'emerald cut' centre stone 5x4mm, each end 3.5x2.8mm, and each side of the centre stone two old cut white diamonds 2mm each.
All stones mille grain set into platinum, 15x5mm, depth 3.5mm, under setting is scrolled, and as the shank, tests as 18 carat gold. Marked 18CT, but does not legally require a hallmark.
A fine period ring in good condition with very little wear.
