An Edwardian diamond cluster ring

A diamond cluster ring. These pavé set into a circular head, 8mm diameter. The old cut diamonds are illusion set into platinum. The central diamond is 2mm, surrounded by six x 1.8mm diamonds, total estimated at 0.18 carat. Weight 2grams.
The shank is stamped 18CT, and tests as 18 carat yellow gold. Period estimated at 1910-1915, and typical of the period, just before the geometric lines of Art Deco, Edwardian rings still hail from the late Victorian 'romantic' era whereupon a delicate design matched the elegance of women's wear of the age. This ring typifies that pre WW1 era. Condition-Good
