An aquamarine and diamond eternity ring

A half hoop eternity ring set with two aquamarine stones, 2.4mm each and five brilliant cut white diamonds, 2.4mm each and totalling 0.25 carats of diamonds, colour I-j, clarity Si.
All stones are set into 'lazy' S design as a ribbon across the finger, this spreads to 20mm, width 3mm, weight 4.2grams. No hallmark present, so can only assume overseas manufacture. Tests as 18 carat gold.
Size R, in very good condition, and we can resize free of charge.
