An antique pearl and diamond three stone ring

A three stone ring containing to the centre an old brilliant cut white diamond 5mm diameter ( 1/2 carat) colour H-i, clarity Si, claw set.
Each side a natural pearl 4.8mm each, grey white colour, blister free. Head 15x5.8mm, depth 5.4mm, weight 3.7grams. Shank stamped 18CT. Period assumed 1910-1920, so a hallmark was not a legal requirement. Tests as 18 carat gold.
