A vintage solitaire diamond ring

A vintage single stone solitaire ring containing an old brilliant cut white diamond 4.5mm diameter, (est. 0.35 carats). Colour H-i, clarity Si. Illusion set in platinum.
Head diameter 6mm, depth 6.6mm. Each shoulder is divided, test as platinum and each set with two tiny rose cut diamonds. Shank is stamped 18CT, and tests as 18 carat yellow gold. Weight 2.7grams. Period estimated at 1920-1930, so a hallmark was not legally required.
