A vintage ruby and diamond rectangular cluster ring

 A  cluster ring containing a rectangular ruby to the centre 4.5x3.2mm, good colour and clarity surrounded by eight x 2mm round white diamonds to an estimated total of 0.25 carats.

The head tests as platinum, 9.3x8.6mm, depth 5mm, weight 2.6grams. The shank is stamped 18CT and tests as 18 carat gold. No hallmark as not a legal requirement. Period assumed as 1920-1930. Fine overall condition.
