A Victorian emerald and pearl dress ring
A mid 19th century dress ring containing a cushion shaped emerald centre stone 4x3mm surrounded by six further small emeralds 2 to 2.5mm and four small pearls 3.4mm each.
Head 11.6mm diameter, openwork shoulders, hand chased to a plain shank. Weight 2 grams. Very good overall condition, a very pretty ring . Tests as 15 carat gold. No hallmark was legally required.
