A three stone opal and diamond ring

A three stone ring containing an oval opal centre stone 6x4mm and each side a small diamond in an illusion setting, this platinum.
Head 14x6mm, depth 6.5mm, weight 3.6grms. The shoulders are leaf shaped and diamond cut. The shank is stamped 18CT and tests as 18 carat yellow gold. Period 1950-1960, pre hallmark legislation. We could get this item hallmarked for a small extra charge if required.
