A cluster ring containing a dark blue sapphire centre stone 6.6x4.9mm, (0.78 carats) claw set and surrounded by ten brilliant cut white diamonds to an estimated weight of 0.25 carats.
Colour i-j, clarity Si. Head 12x10mm, depth 4.7mm, weight 3.9grams. Shank stamped 18CT, tests as 18 carat gold. Period estimated at 1960-1970, before the legal requirement for a hallmark.
