A French Edwardian period diamond pendant
A French pendant from the early part of the 20th century of the Art Nouveau period. Circular 15mm diameter, faced in platinum with an articulating diamond to the centre 0.05 carats, surrounded by a border sixteen tiny rose cut diamonds.
The bale also has two small rose cut diamonds, tests as 15 carat gold. The original chain is however 9 carat gold as often harder wearing as a chain, this 18" length with a barrel clasp. Weight 4.9grams.
