A fine emerald and diamond cluster ring

A fine rectangular cluster ring containing a emerald cut emerald 6x5mm (est.1 carat) this in a gold mille grain setting, good deep grass green colour and good clarity, eye clean.

Surrounded by ten 0.95ct old brilliant cut white diamonds, total carat weight of 0.95 carat, colour G-i, clarity Si, mille grain set in platinum. Head 12.8x11.6mm, depth 5.7mm, weight 4grams. Divided shoulders, shank and under setting test as 18 carat yellow gold. Period assumed at 1925-1935, no hallmarks as not a legal requirement.
