A fine Edwardian period diamond ring

The stones are mille grain set into platinum, head diameter 13x11mm, depth 4.7mm, weight 3.5 grams. The shank is marked 18ct PLAT and has tested as 18 carat gold and platinum. A fine period item, and would make the perfect engagement ring!
