Rolex logo on a crown. Stainless steel smooth bezel. Acrylic crystal with cyclops magnifier. Silver dial with raised baton hour markers. Date window at 3 o'clock aperture. Stainless steel oyster bracelet with fold over clasp. Fits 7 1/4" wrist. Year 2001.

We stand by all of our products with a full 12-month limited warranty. (this model we are extending the warranty to 24 months) If an item we sell you should fail as a result of a manufacturer's defect at any time during the first year, we will repair the item at absolutely no cost to you.
- External damage to the product not covered under warranty: any damage resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
- Also not covered: a) defects caused by outside force or improper use, b) consequential and incidental damages, and c) the loss of precious and/or semi-precious stones from settings.
- Outside modifications and third-party repair attempts of any kind will void the warranty.
- Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines, and/or as indicated above regarding accidental water intrusion caused by the end user, will also not be covered.
- Watches that are labeled as water resistant feature a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing watertight. Water damage is not covered under the warranty unless it is proven

International Orders
Delivered At Place (DAP), also known as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), means that the seller is responsible only for shipping the product and the customer is responsible for paying any import fees, including VAT, duties, and clearing fees. Delay in paying these fees may cause shipment delays or even returned shipments.
We are unable to accept international returns unless an item is faulty.

Bought an Opal ring as a gift, lovely, but then saw another I preferred, still from Vintage Tom. Received both rings the day after purchase. I received a pre-paid envelope to send item back, which makes returns simple. I was refunded for the first ring the day after I had returned it. I preferred the first box, so they sent me that one too. Absolutely first class experience, can’t think of any other place I’ve shopped that comes close. I purchased an eternity ring for my wife via the Vintage Tom website. The whole experience has been great, not just the product but especially the team, particularly Alex Hart, who couldn't have been more helpful.
I ordered the ring on a Sunday evening and I got a tracking email saying it had been sent by 10.30am the next morning. The ring arrived quickly in a lovely box and was exactly as shown and described, it also came with a valuation certificate. This is the second time we have used Vintage Tom and both times we have been really impressed. They offer free resizing, free delivery and free returns and although we didn’t need to contact them this time around, when we did last time Alex was so helpful. I would absolutely recommend them.
